Main Street Sites offers a one-month free trial to all new customers. If you cancel service before the end of the free trial, you won't be billed again. Once the free trial ends, you will be billed on the first of each month. If your free trial ends in the middle of the month, we will bill you on prorated basis for the first partial month. |

No. You are free to cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. |

You may upgrade or downgrade your service at any time. Our support department will be happy to assist with any upgrades or downgrades. Billing changes due to the upgrade or downgrade will be reflected on the next month's bill. |

In order to cancel service, send an email to support@MainStreetsites.com. We will send a confirmation when your service has been canceled. You will not be billed again after cancellation, but months that were already billed will not be refunded. |
