Main Street Sites offers a one-month free trial to all new customers. If you cancel service before the end of the free trial, you won’t be billed again.
Once the free trial ends, you will be billed on the first of each month. If your free trial ends in the middle of the month, we will bill you on prorated basis for the first partial month.
In order to cancel service, send an email to support@MainStreetsites.com. We will send a confirmation when your service has been canceled.
You will not be billed again after cancellation, but months that were already billed will not be refunded.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
If you’re unable to pay using a debit or credit card, please write us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for payments through PayPal or by ACH debit.
All payments are processed online. We do not take checks by email at this time.
Yes. In some cases Main Street Sites charges modest usage fees for advanced features like multiple user accounts or email marketing usage that goes beyond what is included in our free usage tier. This approach keeps the monthly cost of our services low for all of our customers. Please see usage fees for more information.
